Our office is open from 10am to 1pm every weekday. Also a 24 hour telephone answering service. Confidential help including form filling, benefit checks and lots more. You can read more about our

Befriending Service
Our team of Volunteers visit anyone who is housebound or isolated within their own home. The role of the Befriender is to offer a one-to-one relationship promoting friendship and company. We now offer a telephone Buddy service for those who prefer a phone call to a visit or for anyone on our waiting list.
Lunch Clubs
Hot lunches served two Sundays of each month at The Horrill Centre, Dibden.
Hot lunches served one day a week at West Totton and Central Totton.
Places must be booked in advance for all lunch clubs.
Footcare Service
We offer affordable nail-cutting services in Totton, Hythe, Blackfield and Lyndhurst.

Charity Shops
Age Concern New Forest runs 4 charity shops, - these are in Dibden Purlieu, Totton, Holbury and Blackfield. All of the shops sell good quality donated goods - more details can be found on our Age Concern Charity Shops page.
Computers at Home
Age Concern New Forest is keen to encourage older people to become familiar with computers. Regardless of your computer knowledge our Volunteers are able to give help and guidance. Waterside Good Neighbours
Offering local people neighbourly help with things like shopping, collecting prescriptions, dog walking etc. For more information about Waterside Good Neighbours or phone 02380 843676 between 9am and 11am weekdays.

Age Concern New Forest has a complaints handling procedure.
